NOVELTY - Preparing defect-free graphene/silver nano particle composite material involves using organic salt solution as silver nitrate reducing agent and stabilizer, and dispersing the reducing agent and stabilizer into N-methylpyrrolidone or dimethylformamide. The silver nitrate and graphite powder are dispersed into N-methylpyrrolidone or dimethylformamide, and heated and stirred with reactor. The N-methylpyrrolidone or dimethylformamide solution is added to the mixed solution, heated and stirred. The mixed solution is ultrasonically processed to obtain graphene/silver nanoparticle composite solution. The composite solution is centrifuged and filtered to obtain graphene/silver nanoparticles. USE - Method for preparing defect-free graphene/silver nano particle composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare defect-free graphene/silver nano particle composite material that has low preparation cost, mild and controllable conditions, simple process, high sensitivity, good linearity and fast response time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for using graphene/silver nanoparticles in flexible stress sensors, which involves: (A) adding 7.5ml of dimethylformamide to 3g of thermoplastic polyurethane, heating and stirring in magnetic stirrer, heating temperature is 60 degrees C, and stirring speed is 100 revolution/minute, heating and stirring process lasting for 40 minutes, coating mixed solution on the graphene/silver nanoparticles, and drying in oven for 10 hours, completely adhering to the graphene/silver nanoparticles, tearing off the organic filter film at the bottom to get graphene/silver nanoparticles flexible stress sensor; and (B) using organic filter membrane for suction filtration when preparing graphene/silver nanoparticles.
