NOVELTY - A graphene composite material comprises zinc oxide layer, first graphene layer, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide mixed layer, and second graphene layer. The zinc oxide particles of zinc oxide layer are uniformly distributed in the titanium dioxide and zinc oxide mixed layer surface having thickness of 20-50 nm and grain diameter of 10-20 nm. The zinc oxide particles have particle size of less than 15 nm at more than 80 wt.%. USE - Graphene composite material used for supercapacitor and photocatalysis. ADVANTAGE - The material has three-dimensional structure, improved specific surface area, and high conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene composite material comprising taking 250-400 mg graphene oxide, dispersing in 300-400 mL absolute ethanol, sonicating for 4-6 hours, adjusting pH value to 5-6, adding 15-30 mL anhydrous ethanol, stirring, reacting to 80-100 degrees C, standing for 24 hours, electrostatic spinning, and controlling thickness to obtain first and second graphene layers; mixing 100-200 mg titanium dioxide powder and zinc oxide powder into 500-1000 mL absolute ethanol, adjusting pH value to neutral, stirring at 80-100 degrees C, adding to graphene layers, standing for 24-48 hours, taking out, and drying; and compounding with zinc oxide film.
