NOVELTY - A cerium oxide- graphene oxide based deoxynivalenol sensor preparing method involves polishing alumina powder of glassy carbon electrode. An ultrasonic cleaning process of pure water is performed, and carrying out drying process by nitrogen. The electrode surface is dripped in flower-cerium oxide graphene aqueous solution, and embellishing in vomiting penicillin antibody solution. A cattle germ albumin solution sealed non active site is incubated. A vomiting penicillin antigen is cleaned at room temperature, and storing at 4 degrees C refrigerator for future. USE - Method for preparing cerium oxide- graphene oxide based sensor for detecting deoxynivalenol content in food. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving sensitivity and electrochemical catalytic electron transfer capability of biologic sensor.
