NOVELTY - Preparing beta -cyclodextrin functionalized nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot chiral composite material, involves taking ultra-pure water as solvent, utilizing nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot and aminated beta -cyclodextrin as raw material, and N-hydroxy succinimide as dehydrating agent, taking 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide as crosslinking agent, performing amide reaction at room temperature, freezing and drying to obtain beta -cyclodextrin functionalized nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot chiral composite material. USE - Method for preparing beta -cyclodextrin functionalized nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot chiral composite material that is used as chiral electrochemical sensor for identifying L-tryptophan isomers (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The beta-cyclodextrin functionalized nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot chiral composite material, can produce hydrophobic, hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interactions with the enantiomers, thus indirectly enhancing chiral recognition ability of 2.569 for L-tryptophan.
