NOVELTY - Preparation method of three-dimensional graphene using sol-gel, involves dissolving ethyl cellulose and sodium hydroxide in ethanol to obtain a sol, treating the sol at room temperature to obtain aging gel, drying the resulting gel to obtain dry gel, carbonizing the dry gel in inert protective atmosphere to obtain a carbonized product A, heating the product under argon protective gas in tube furnace, washing the resulting product with deionized water until the pH of the solution reaches 6.8-7.2, and vacuum-filtering and drying the product in oven to obtain three-dimensional graphene. USE - Preparation method of three-dimensional graphene using sol-gel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The raw materials can be obtained easily. The preparation process is featured with low cost, simple process equipment and low energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation method of three-dimensional graphene using sol-gel, involves dissolving analytically pure ethyl cellulose and sodium hydroxide at a molar ratio of 1:(0-3) in ethanol to obtain a sol, treating the sol at room temperature to obtain an aging gel, drying the resulting gel to obtain a dry gel, carbonizing the dry gel in an inert protective atmosphere of 700-900 degrees C for 3 hours to obtain a carbonized product A, heating the product under argon protective gas in a tube furnace at 600-800 degrees C for 2-3 hours, washing the resulting product with deionized water until the pH of the solution reaches 6.8-7.2, and vacuum-filtering and drying the product in an oven to obtain three-dimensional graphene. The mass ratio of the carbonized product A and potassium hydroxide is 1:(1-3).
