▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Apparatus comprises multiple drums (10); a driving unit (20) which rotates each of the multiple drums independently; a nozzle unit for spraying graphene oxide solution on the inner circumferential surface of each of the drums by the driving unit rotates each of the multiple drums; a supply unit (40) supplying the graphene oxide solution to the nozzle unit; and a heating unit (50) for heating each of the multiple drums to cure graphene oxide solution sprayed on inner circumferential surface of each of multiple drums to form graphene oxide paper on the inner circumferential surface of each of the multiple drums. The driving unit controls the rotational speed of each of multiple drums to adjust density of graphene oxide formed on inner circumferential surface of each multiple drums, and independently adjusts rotational speed of each of multiple drums to simultaneously produce graphene oxide paper of same density from all multiple drums, or different densities for each of multiple drums. USE - The apparatus is useful for producing graphene oxide paper. ADVANTAGE - The apparatus adjusts diameter and length of drum to produce large area graphene oxide paper, apples shear force and the centrifugal force to graphene oxide solution by rotating drum, narrows interlayer spacing of graphene oxide paper to produce high-density graphene oxide paper, improves mechanical strength and electrical conductivity of graphene oxide paper, and solves disadvantages of conventional micromechanical method, silicon carbide crystal pyrolysis method, and chemical vapor deposition method.
