▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A highly conductive fluorinated graphene film is prepared by placing graphene film in vacuum tube furnace, heating to 200 degrees C, purging with argon gas at flow rate of 2000 cm3/minute, introducing fluoride gas with flow rate of 1-10 cm3/minute for 1-10 minutes, purging with argon gas to atmospheric pressure, and cooling to room temperature. USE - Method for preparing highly conductive fluorinated graphene film (claimed).
