NOVELTY - Manufacture of hydrophilic and antibacterial nonwoven mask involves processing mixture of 2-20 pts. wt. bamboo charcoal fiber, 5-20 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 7-18 pts. wt. special-shaped polyester fiber and 12-28 pts. wt. bamboo silver fiber to form interlaced yarn in an alkaline solution with concentration of 8-20 g/L for 50-100 minutes, treating at 25 plus minus 5 degrees C in bath ratio of 1:40, forming matrix of crossed yarn, feeding interlaced yarn matrix into knitting needles, knitting into grey fabric with knitting radial density of 20-50 yarns/cm, and weft density of 20-40 pieces/cm, mixing 3-10 pts. wt. nano silver particles, 4-12 pts. wt. graphene powder, 20-40 pts. wt. seaweed and 10-50 pts. wt. allantoin to obtain the antibacterial material, degreasing the grey cloth, pre-shaping, dyeing, tiling, performing soft hydrophilic treatment, coating the antibacterial material on both sides, heat setting, naturally cooling solidifying, washing and performing continuous shaping. USE - Manufacture of hydrophilic and antibacterial nonwoven mask (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nonwoven mask having excellent heat insulating property and antibacterial effect can be produced without affecting the environment.
