NOVELTY - The device has a container shell comprising ion salt solution, a substrate, a graphite film, two electrodes and two metal leads. The container shell is surrounded to form a closed space. The ionic salt solution comprises copper ions, iron ions, cobalt ions, nickel ions, zinc ions, potassium ion, sodium ion, manganese ion, aluminum ion, calcium ion, magnesium ion and lithium ion. The substrate is installed in the container shell and is dipped in the ion salt solution. A graphene thin film is adhered to a surface of the substrate. USE - Graphene light generating device. ADVANTAGE - The device is safe and reliable to use, and has prolonged service life, and causes no harm to human body and environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The substrate is made of metal plate, glass, quartz, mica, silicon sheet, polyethylene terephthelate plate, plastic plate or plastic film material.
