NOVELTY - A photoelectric cooperative capacitance de-ionized electrode material comprises a standing graphene nano sheet and the electrode active material dispersed between the pores of the standing graphene nano sheet; the top edge of the standing graphene nano-sheet is exposed outside. USE - Photoelectric synergistic capacitive de-ionized electrode material is used for adsorption and desalination. ADVANTAGE - The photoelectric synergistic capacitance de-ionized electrode material has high adsorption amount, high charging efficiency, and fast desalting rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing photoelectric synergisticcapacitance de-ionized electrode material, which involves: (A) placing the conductive substrate in the plasma enhancedchemical vapor deposition tube; (B) introducing methaneor mixed gas of hydrogen and methane; (C) starting the plasma source, after chemical vapor deposition reaction; (D) introducing inert gas; (E) cooling; (F) obtaining the standing graphene nano sheet/conductive substrate; (G) putting the standing graphene nanosheet/conductive substrate obtained in the plasma ozone generator; (H) performing hydrophilic treatment; (I) using cyclic voltammetry; (J) standing graphene nano sheet/conductive substrate surface obtained; and (K) loading with manganese dioxide pseudo-capacitance active nano material byelectro-deposition method, where electrolyte is manganese acetate solution.
