▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A systemically active antimicrobial cellulose composite fiber comprises cellulose, nanosilver, nano zinc oxide and graphene oxide. The composite fiber has a diameter of 15-30 mu m. The nano zinc oxide has a particle size of 50-80 nm. The nanosilver has a particle size of 10-30 nm. The nanosilver, nano zinc oxide and graphene oxide are distributed on the surface and an inside of a cellulose matrix. USE - Systemically active antimicrobial cellulose composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The systemically active antimicrobial cellulose composite fiber is prepared by a simple method in an environmentally-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the systemically active antimicrobial cellulose composite fiber, which involves: (1) adding zinc oxide, sodium hydroxide and urea to water, dissolving and then freezing at -11 degrees C to -15 degrees C in a low-temperature environment, where the concentration of zinc oxide is 0.5-2 wt.%, the concentration of sodium hydroxide is 6.5-7.5 wt.%, and the concentration of urea is 11-13 wt.%; (2) immersing the pulverized cellulose raw material in a pre-cooled water system obtained in the step (A), and dissolving the cellulose by stirring at a high speed of 8000-10000 rpm using a metal stirring rod to obtain a cellulose solution; (3) adding graphene oxide to the cellulose solution obtained in the step (2), and continuously stirring for 5 minutes to 2 hours to uniformly disperse the graphene oxide into the cellulose solution, where the content of graphene oxide is 0.5-1 wt.%; (4) placing the cellulose solution obtained in the step (3) in a solution tank for low-pressure defoaming to serve as a spinning stock solution; (5) solidifying the spinning stock solution obtained in the step (4) in a coagulation bath through a spinneret, where the coagulation bath comprises a coagulation bath (A), a coagulation bath (B) and a coagulation bath (B), ethylene glycol serves as the coagulation bath (A), ethanol serves as the coagulation bath (B), and water serves as the coagulation bath (C); and (6) immersing the fiber solidified in the step (5) in an oil bath, where the components of oil bath are silver nitrate, glycerin, silicone oil and water, the concentration of glycerin is 1-5 wt.%, the concentration of silicone oil is 2-4 wt.%, and the concentration of silver nitrate is 1-5x 10-5 mol/l, and leaving still the oiled fiber under the irradiation of sunlight, a fluorescent lamp or a high-pressure mercury lamp for 2 hours.
