NOVELTY - The chemical vapor deposition preparation process for graphene paper of lead-acid battery grid, involves using continuous laser induction to reduce polyimide paper to obtain graphene paper, heating and softening the graphene paper, and bending into a set shape through a mold, and obtaining graphene paper grid for lead-acid batteries by coating the surface of graphene paper by chemical vapor deposition. The temperature for heating and softening is 300-350°centigrade. The set shape is circular arc or corrugated. The chemical vapor deposition uses multi-arc ion and plasma strengthening technique. The thickness of the plating film is 70-100 nm. The target material of the coating film is chromium or tungsten. USE - Chemical vapor deposition preparation process for graphene paper of lead-acid battery grid (all claimed) used in electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene paper with excellent conductive ability, high mechanical strength, small internal resistance, lightweight, reduced local overheating phenomenon in the large current charging and discharging process, reduced risk of active material falling, long service life, wide application prospect, and excellent electrochemical performance and mechanical performance.
