NOVELTY - Preparing a ceramic and graphene oxide composite film layer on a surface of a titanium material involves grinding and polishing the surface of the titanium material, and washing and drying to obtain the pretreated titanium material. The pretreated titanium material is placed in an alkaline electrolyte, and subjected to micro-arc oxidation treatment to obtain a titanium material whose surface is covered with a micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer. The titanium material covered with the micro-arc oxidation ceramic layer is placed on the graphene oxide sol for immersion and pulling, and then dried, thus ceramic and graphene oxide composite film layer is prepared on the surface of the titanium material. USE - Method for preparing a ceramic and graphene oxide composite film layer on a surface of a titanium material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a ceramic and graphene oxide composite film layer on a surface of a titanium material, which has simple preparation, environmental protection and no pollution, effectively reduces the adverse effects caused by the discharge channels and microcracks formed on the surface of the titanium material due to micro-arc oxidation, thus further improving the wear resistance of the surface of the titanium alloy.
