NOVELTY - Graphene production involves preparing impregnating expanded graphite in boron or nitrogen having expanded graphite to form graphite layer. The graphite compound is pressurized at low pressure to give expanded graphite compound. The expanded graphite compound is exfoliated for delaminating graphite compound by using a rapid expansion process. USE - Method for producing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method produces the graphene with rapid expansion, improved specific physical property, conducting property, compatibility with organic material including polymer and uniform dispersibility.
