▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite conductive ink comprises 100 pts. wt. resin, 15-35 pts. wt. nano silver, 2-10 pts. wt. graphene, 50-70 pts. wt. solvent, 1-5 pts. wt. curing agent and 1-4 pts. wt. additives. USE - The composite conductive ink is useful for keyboard electronic circuit, printed circuit, electrode and electroplating bottom layer. ADVANTAGE - The composite conductive ink: is economical; and has high conductivity and has reduced consumption of silver powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the composite conductive ink, comprising (i) mixing resin and a part of solvent, stirring uniformly at 200-500 revolutions/minute, then adding nano-silver, additives, curing agent, and another part of solvent, and stirring until the slurry is made into a connecting material, (ii) adding graphene into organic solvent, then adding a coupling agent, dispersing under ultrasonic and stirring condition for 3-6 hours to obtain a graphene suspension, centrifuging and drying the solid to obtain a coupling agent-modified graphene, and (iv) adding the coupling agent modified graphene into the connecting material, stirring uniformly and grinding 3-8 times using a three-roll machine.
