▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing highly hydrophobic functionalized silica/graphene nanocomposite, involves adding required amount of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) to deionized water, uniformly mixing, adding vinyltriethoxysilane (VETS) and dripping ammonia solution under stirring conditions, and reacting for 15-30 minutes at normal temperature, adding required amount of graphene, continuously stirring and reacting at normal temperature for 3-5 hours, after completing the reaction, washing, filtering and drying the vinyl functionalized silica/graphene nanocomposite, where the mass ratio of CTAB to VETS is 1:(15-20), the mass ratio of 25% ammonia solution to VETS is 1:(1-1.2), the mass ratio of graphene to VETS is 1:(20-60), and the mass ratio of VETS to deionized water is 1:(25-50). USE - The nanocomposite is used as an efficient adsorbent for oil-water separation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has high hydrophobicity, large adsorption capacity, adsorption efficiency, large porosity and specific surface area, achieves adsorption rate of about 99%, adsorbs aromatic hydrocarbon compounds with high selectivity, realizes the regeneration and recycling of materials by simple washing and filtering, has excellent regeneration performance, and broad application prospects, is economical and environmentally-friendly, and does not change adsorption performance after being recycled for 12 times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of a highly hydrophobic functionalized silica/graphene nanocomposite as adsorbent in oil-water separation involving adding the functionalized silica/graphene nanocomposite adsorbent to the oil-water mixture containing aromatic hydrocarbon compounds, where the mass ratio of silicon oxide/graphene nanocomposite to aromatic hydrocarbon compound is 1:(2-2.5), vibrating for 1-3 minutes to adsorb aromatic hydrocarbon compounds, filtering to separate oil and water, washing with ethanol, recycling and reusing.
