▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing a neodymium iron boron magnetic material/graphene composite drug-carrying carrier material, involves (a) mixing a neodymium iron boron fine powder and an organic additive to obtain a neodymium iron boron fine powder mixture, sintering the mixture at 500-600degrees Celsius for 3-4 hours to obtain a neodymium iron boron magnet, pretreating the surface of the neodymium iron boron particles and airtightly storing for later use, (b) preparing graphene and pretreating graphene, and (c) stirring the processed neodymium iron boron powder and graphene in a mass ratio of 2.04:3.5 by using a magnetic stirrer to make the neodymium iron boron powder uniformly dispersed, heating at 75-85degrees Celsius and maintaining for 15-25 minutes, heating at 95-105degrees Celsius and maintaining for 1-3 hours to obtain the product. USE - The method is used for preparing a neodymium iron boron magnetic material/graphene composite drug-carrying carrier material, which is used for treating malignant tumors, and in fields of medical drug carriers, such as chemotherapy drug carriers and immune drug carriers. ADVANTAGE - The method enhances the stability of the composite material, which provides more clear targeted effect of loaded drugs in the body, realizes the local concentrated release of chemotherapeutic drugs and completes the targeted treatment of malignant tumors. The composite material has strong magnetism, high magnetic saturation, low cytotoxicity and excellent stability, so the orientation in the living body is clearer, and the toxic side effects are smaller.
