NOVELTY - Composition comprises: 20-50 pts. wt. base including 40-55 pts. wt. prepolymer containing isocyanate and 45-60 pts. wt. curing agent containing an amine; 10-40 pts. wt. additive including 40-75 pts. wt. inorganic filler and 10-50 pts. wt. rust inhibitor containing zinc phosphate, silicate and/or graphene; and 20-50 pts. wt. solvent including purified water, ethanol, methanol and/or isopropyl alcohol. The inorganic filler includes 60-80 pts. wt. main filler including silica, and 20-40 pts. wt. auxiliary filler including alumina and/or calcium carbonate. USE - The composition is useful for urea-based functional paint for coating and waterproofing in machinery, structures, industrial facilities, ships and buildings. ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent heat-shielding properties and rust-preventing functions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for coating and waterproofing method, comprising removing and cleaning impurities on a pavement surface, performing waterproofing treatment by first applying the functional paint to the pavement surface and applying the functional paint to the pavement surface for second time.
