NOVELTY - The film has a supporting layer fixed on two sides of a graphene layer, where the supporting layer contains a high molecular polymer and a graphene component. A gap is used for connecting an upper surface and a lower surface of the graphene layer. A through hole is formed on the supporting layer and on two sides of the graphene layer. Number of the through holes of the supporting layer on one side of the graphene layer is greater than that of the supporting layer on the another side of the graphene layer. USE - Composite film for graphene. ADVANTAGE - The film is more durable, and not easy damage, and has better utilization rate of graphene, prolonged service life, better strength, high filtering efficiency, and better adsorption and filtering effect. The film reduces filtering speed. The surface of the roller is provided with polytetrafluoroethylene coating layer, so that the supporting layer is easier to be peeled off from the surface of the roller. The position of the through hole is convenient to be printed by three-dimensional (3D) printing, so that the through holes on the supporting layers on the two sides are staggered, and preparation steps are simplified.
