NOVELTY - System comprises a degradation tank connected with a drainage device located in the degradation tank for receiving and stirring. A degradation component for transmitting and degrading excrement. A feeding component for adding degradation material into a degradation groove. A heating component is located between the degradation component and the inner wall of the degradation groove. A control assembly for controlling a heating assembly for controlled heating. A power supply is electrically connected with the heating assembly and the control assembly. The heating component comprises a bottom contacting the groove body of the degradation groove bottom. A heat preservation piece for covering the back surface of a heating plate. An automatic switch piece is connected with the heating plate. A temperature sensor is fixed on one inner end face of the degradation groove. A controller for receiving the temperature sensor signal and connected with the automatic switch piece. USE - The system is useful in intelligent toilet for automatically killing insect egg and decomposing (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The system can efficiently kill the insect eggs in the bio-organic fertilizer before discharging the material, and make it efficiently decompose, avoid the harm of diseases and insect pests caused by the use of organic fertilizer in crops, and ensures the production quality of organic fertilizer.
