NOVELTY - Barrier film comprises 30-50 wt.% polylactic acid resin, 20-40 wt.% ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) resin, 8-15 wt.% graphene, 10-15 wt.% polylactic acid-poly(vinyl alcohol) copolymer, 2-4 wt.% styrene-butadiene-styrene elastomer-based material, 2-4 wt.% auxiliary material such as antioxidant, matting agent or anti-ultraviolet agent and 0.1-0.3 wt.% processing aid. USE - Barrier film. ADVANTAGE - The barrier film is eco-friendly, and has high-strength and excellent intensity, gas barrier and heat insulation properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing barrier film, which involves: (A) drying raw materials at 50 degrees C under vacuum for 24 hours; (B) melting and extruding polylactic acid resin, EVOH resin, styrene-butadiene-styrene elastomer and auxiliary material at 190-210 degrees C at 150-200 rotations per minute for 1-2 minutes to obtain master batch A; (C) mixing master batch A with polylactic acid-poly(vinyl alcohol) copolymer and graphene at high speed; (D) melting and extruding obtained mixture at 180-200 degrees C at 100-150 rotations per minute for 2-3 minutes to obtain master batch B; and (E) molding master batch B at 200-220 degrees C for 2-4 minutes to obtain barrier film.
