NOVELTY - The pile has a wind power boat (15) that is floated on the left side of rattan pressure (26) of rattan pressure raft (1). A wind power generator (16) is installed on the middle of wind power boat. The first transformer is connected to first graphene nanometer luminescent lamp (14) through a built-in conductive wire. The first transformer is connected to waterproof sealing jack (8) of input current through a conductive wire. The waterproof sealing jack of input current is connected to control circuit (6) through conductive wire. The control circuit is connected to electronic computer (5) through information transmission line. The first transformer above supporting rod (11) is connected to the graphene nanometer luminescent lamp through a built-in conductive wire. The second transformer (19) above support rod B (18) is connected to second graphene nanometer luminescent lamp (20) through a built-in conductive wire. USE - Buoyant water charging pile for providing power and electrical current of ship. ADVANTAGE - The water pollution created because of plastic in decomposed plastic particles fall into water can be prevented.
