NOVELTY - A graphene oxide porous composite material, comprises: graphene oxide 0.5-4 pts. wt., sodium alginate 2-8 pts. wt., and gelatin 2-8 pts. wt. USE - The graphene oxide porous composite material is useful in biomedicine and tissue engineering. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide porous composite material has good mechanical property, tissue structure, high porosity and good biocompatibility, is expected to be applied to water and oil, sewage processing, and medical dressing fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the graphene oxide porous composite material, comprising: (1) mixing 0.5-10 wt.% of gluten solution and 0.5-6 wt.% sodium alginate solution, stirring uniformly, then adding 0.25-5 wt.% of graphene oxide solution, stirring, and then adjusting the pH value of the non-frozen solution to 4.5-7.0, obtaining graphene oxide/sodium alginate/gelatin blend gel solution; (2) cross-linking the mixed gel solution with calcium ion, where the process of cross-linking reaction is as follows: mixing the gel solution with 4-10 wt.% of calcium chloride solution, stirring evenly to mold to cross-linking for 30-360 minutes; (3) post-crosslinking reaction of the mixed gel solution into gel, then taking freezing and drying to obtain the graphene oxide porous composite material.
