NOVELTY - Glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material comprises 50-70 pts. wt. polypropylene, 15-25 pts. wt. long glass fiber, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 10-20 pts. wt. flat glass fiber, 10-16 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. silica sol, 2-6 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. tungsten carbide, 5-10 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and water (balance amount). USE - Used as glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent wear resistance, toughness, rigidity and compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material comprising mixing the components except the long glass fiber, and then feeding into the twin-screw extruder through the main feeding port, and simultaneously feeding the glass-length glass fiber into the twin-screw extruder from the side feeding port, melting, extruding, cooling and granulating to obtain final product.
