NOVELTY - The method involves mixing a graphene oxide layer and glutaraldehyde at room temperature. A magnetic stirring unit is placed in graphene oxide-mixed aqueous solution. Graphene oxide layer dip-coating operation is performed for mixing aqueous solution. A dip coating is coated on a surface of a polyethylene terephthalate fabric. A primary cross-linking unit is obtained with the graphene oxide layer. A substrate is formed with the graphene oxide layer. A reinforced conducting layer is adhered on a graphene micro-electrode. A glutaraldehyde is obtained with a solid micro ultra capacitor. USE - Method for preparing water washing-resistant solid state micro ultra-capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving processing flexibility and capacity.
