NOVELTY - Graphene-loaded nano-silver antimicrobial agent comprises graphene oxide as component A, silver nitrate solution as component B, polyvinylpyrrolidone solution as component C, and sodium borohydride solution as component D. The B component is 12.5-20% of component A. The C component is 45-60% of B component. The D component is 27-35% of B component. USE - Graphene-loaded nano-silver antimicrobial agent. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-loaded nano-silver antimicrobial agentexcellent paint anti-bacteria effect, long antibacterial time, non-toxic, no pollution, good water resistance, weather resistance and strong adhesion, and improves antibacterial coating, antibacterial efficiency time and antibacterial performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing graphene-loaded nano-silver antimicrobial agent, which involves using improved Hummers method at room temperature, adding 23-40 mL of concentrated sulfuric acid in beaker of 1-2 g crystalline flake graphite, uniformly stirring, stirring for 15 minutes, adding 3-4.5 g of potassium permanganate to beaker, stirring and reacting for 4 hours, adding de-ionized water in 25-50 mL beaker, then dripping hydrogen peroxide solution at room temperature until liquid in cup becomes golden yellow, washing by hydrochloric acid and de-ionized water until pH is 7, freezing and drying for 8 hours to obtain graphene oxide; dispersing graphene oxide in ethanol solution which comprises ethanol and water, where ethanol content is 30-50 % of water, adding 8-10 times of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, stirring at 85 degrees C, refluxing for 8 hours, cooling to room temperature, then centrifuging, washing by ethanol solution to remove residual 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, then drying at 60 degrees C to obtain modified graphene oxide; adding sodium borohydride solution, polyvinylpyrrolidone solution, modified graphene oxide, dispersing in alcohol solution, subjecting to ultrasonic treatment for 90 minutes to obtain mixed solution, taking silver nitrate solution into mixed solution, shading reaction at room temperature for 2 hours to obtain first reaction solution, and then adding polyvinyl pyrrolidone solution dropwise to solution in first reaction, stirring for 30 minutes to obtain second reaction solution, and then adding sodium borohydride solution into second reaction solution to 7 second per speed of dropping, finishing dropping, centrifuging, then using ethanol and de-ionized water to wash for 3 times, finally freezing and drying for 15 hours to obtain graphene oxide loaded nano-metre silver antibacterial agent; and (2) a aqueous antibacterial coating, which comprises 25-35 pts. wt. water, 30-40 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 20-30 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide loaded nano-silver antibacterial agent, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.8-1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent and 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. flatting agent.
