NOVELTY - Thermally conductive connection foam comprises 8-10 pts. wt. polycarbonate diol, 12-15 pts. wt. xylylene diisocyanate, 4-9 pts. wt. vinylpolysiloxane, 2-4 pts. wt. 2-hydroxypropionic acid, 0.6-1 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 15-20 pts. wt. polyethyleneimine, 0.5-1 pt. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate, 1-3 pts. wt. N-phenyl-2-naphthylamine, 0.1-0.4 pt. wt. guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 3-8 pts. wt. foaming agent, 2-3 pts. wt. curing agent and 1-1.5 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - As thermally conductive connection foam. ADVANTAGE - The connecting foam has high thermal conductivity, high foaming rate, uniform and fine cells, stable performance and excellent compression resilience, flame retardance, water resistance and structural stability, and is economical and prepared by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the connecting foam, involving (a) uniformly oscillating and dispersing polycarbonate diol, benzenedimethylene diisocyanate, vinylpolysiloxane, 2-hydroxypropionic acid and graphene oxide at a power of 400-500 W for 2-3 hours to obtain a blend, (b) adding obtained blend to stirrer, adjusting the pH value to 7.5-7.8 at a stirring rate of 100-120 rpm, heating the mixture at 210 degrees C at a heating rate of 2-4 degrees C/minute, and heat-preserving for 40-50 minutes, (c) adding remaining raw material components, adjusting the pH value to 4.5-5.5 at a stirring rate of 130-150 rpm, cooling to 140-145 degrees C at a cooling rate of 0.5-1 degrees C/minute, heat-preserving for 20-30 minutes, foaming for 10-12 minutes in foaming furnace under frequency of 2000-2200 degrees C/minute and power of 4-5 kW, and drying in oven for 4-5 hours to obtain connecting foam; or a method for preparing the connecting foam, involving (i) uniformly mixing modified carbon fiber, cashew nut oil and phenolic resin, adjusting the pH value to 8-8.4, heating at 160-180 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, adding polycarbonate diol, benzenedimethylene diisocyanate, vinylpolysiloxane, 2-hydroxypropionic acid and graphene oxide to the obtained mixture, oscillating and dispersing for 2-3 hours under ultrasonic wave of 400-500 W to form blend, (ii) adding obtained blend to stirrer, adjusting the pH value to 7.5-7.8, increasing the temperature to 210 degrees C, adding ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and cedar alcohol, and maintaining the temperature for 40-50 minutes, (iii) adding other remaining raw material components to product obtained in step (ii), adjusting the pH value to 4.5-5.5, cooling to 140-145 degrees C, and maintaining the temperature for 20-30 minutes, and (iv) foaming product obtained in step (iii) for 10-12 minutes in foaming furnace under frequency of 2000-2200 degrees C and power of 4-5 kW, and drying in oven for 4-5 hours to obtain connecting foam.
