NOVELTY - A wet cylinder liner comprises 19-40 pts. wt., preferably 33 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 17-32 pts. wt., preferably 27 pts. wt. silicon nitride, 11-26 pts. wt., preferably 22 pts. wt. silica, 8-19 pts. wt., preferably 16 pts. wt. calcium chloride powder, 7-18 pts. wt., preferably 14 pts. wt. zirconium silicate, 6-17 pts. wt., preferably 13 pts. wt. zirconium oxide, 8-27 pts. wt., preferably 23 pts. wt. graphene powder, 5-18 pts. wt., preferably 15 pts. wt. dispersing agent and 18-35 pts. wt., preferably 28 pts. wt. water. USE - The wet cylinder liner is useful for aluminum alloy-based cylinder block of engine. ADVANTAGE - The wet cylinder liner has improved rigidity, and is watertight, easy to install, compact and environmentally-friendly, and can be easily, rapidly and energy-efficiently prepared without adding many sealing rings.
