NOVELTY - Preparation of lubricating oil composite nano wearable additive comprises preparing brucite precursor by preparing interlayer anions nitrate (NO3-), plywood bivalent, trivalent cations with M2+/M3+ hydrotalcite precursor; reacting aluminum source and fatty amine in until to precipitate disappears, adding water soluble silicate, molybdate, organic titanate, mixing uniformly to obtain mixed system 1; adding brucite precursor and graphene in mixed system 1, reacting for 3-8 hours, adding acidic substance to adjust pH obtain product; calcining pre-product to obtain antiwear additive. USE - Lubricating oil composite nano wearable additive. ADVANTAGE - The additive is added with nano particles to uniformly disperse the wear-resistant particles in the system, have good integration into lubricating oil and improves anti-wear and extreme pressure performance of lubricating oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of lubricating oil composite nano wearable additive comprises preparing brucite precursor by preparing interlayer anions of NO3-, plywood bivalent, trivalent cations with M2+/M3+ hydrotalcite precursor; reacting aluminum source and fatty amine in until to precipitate disappears completely, adding water soluble silicate, molybdate, organic titanate, mixing uniformly to obtain mixed system; adding brucite precursor and graphene in mixed system, reacting at 60-120 degrees C for 3-8 hours, adding acidic substance to adjust pH to 3-5 to obtain product; calcining pre-product in inert gas to obtain antiwear additive; and (2) preparation of hydrotalcite precursor comprising mixing M2+ and M3+ in aqueous solution, adding alkaline substance, adjusting pH to 10-11, crystallizing at 60-120 degrees C for 4-10 hours, and neutralizing by centrifugal-washing. M=metal; M2+=magnesium (II) ion, zinc (II) ion, copper (II) ion, nickel (II) ion, or cobalt (II) ion; and M3+=aluminum (III) ion, iron (III) ion or chromium (III) ion.
