▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Long-term high temperature resistant, toughened cementing and sanding cement composite material comprises solid component and liquid component. The solid component comprises 40-60 wt.% cement, 3-8 wt.% alumina, 30-50 wt.% ultrafine high-purity silica sand, 1.5-2.1 wt.% additives, and 2.2-6 wt.% toughening materials. The liquid component comprises 70-73 wt.% water, 6-7 wt.% nano iron oxide and 20-24 wt.% oil well cement admixture. USE - The long-term high temperature resistant, toughened cementing and sanding cement composite material is useful in oil well cementing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: can solve the problem of long-term strength failure of cement stone in ultra-high temperature environment under high temperature environment, the compressive strength of the cement slurry formulated can be up to 31 MPa after curing in high temperature and high pressure environment of 200degreesC and 150 MPa for one year, and the gas permeability is controlled below 0.02 mD. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the long-term high temperature resistant, toughened cementing and sanding cement composite material, comprising (1) mixing cement, alumina, silica sand, suspending agent and toughening material to obtain solid components, (2) mixing water, nano iron oxide and additives to obtain liquid components, and (3) uniformly mixing the obtained solid component and liquid component to obtain the composite material.
