NOVELTY - Device comprises an insulating material barrel (1), where the top opening end surface of the insulating material barrel is fixedly provided with a transverse supporting one (2). The graphite plate is connected with a negative lead (8). The bottom wall of the longitudinal supporting two is provided with a fixing plate through a pair of hanging rod II. The side plate surface of the fixing plate opposite to the graphite plate is fixedly installed with a circuit board.
