NOVELTY - Intelligent temperature-regulating decorative ceramic plate comprises ceramic phase change composite decorative layer, graphene heating film and thermal insulation layer. The ceramic phase change composite decorative layer includes phase change material and whisker-reinforced porous ceramic decorative plate through melt infiltration process. The whisker-reinforced porous ceramic decorative board is prepared from kaolin, calcined bauxite, mineralizer, sintering aid and reinforcing agent. The mass ratio of the kaolin and calcined bauxite is 1:0.1-3.0. The porosity of the whisker-reinforced porous ceramic decorative sheet is between 30-55%. The pore size distribution is between 0.01-2 micrometer, and flexural strength is greater than 30 megapascal. The ceramic phase change composite decorative layer is prepared by ball milling, spray drying, compression molding, first firing, inkjet printing and glazing, second firing, phase change material melt impregnation and surface cleaning. USE - Intelligent temperature-regulating decorative ceramic plate. ADVANTAGE - The intelligent temperature-regulating decorative ceramic plate achieves high-efficiency heating when temperature is cold, improves indoor temperature stability, and saves heating and electricity cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing intelligent temperature-regulating decorative ceramic plate, which involves: (A) putting kaolin and calcined bauxite in ball milling device, adding mineralizers, sintering aids, and strengthening agents at the same time, and ball milling with water as ball milling medium for 12-24 hours to obtain ceramic slurry, obtaining body powder by spray drying, pressing body powder obtained into ceramic green body with pressing pressure between 10-40 megapascal, drying the ceramic green body obtained, sending to the kiln for the first firing, performing cooling, pattern decoration and glazing on the upper surface of the body, and then sending to the kiln for the second time after drying, firing to obtain whisker-reinforced porous ceramic decorative plates, infiltrating phase change material into the whisker-reinforced porous ceramic decorative sheet obtained, passing through the melt dipping process at 60-120 degrees C, obtaining ceramic phase change composite decorative layer after surface cleaning, bonding obtained ceramic phase-change composite decorative layer with graphene heating film and thermal insulation layer through adhesive; and (B) locating graphene heating film between ceramic phase change composite decorative layer and thermal insulation layer.
