NOVELTY - Ammonia graphene-based three-dimensional nanoparticles are prepared by dispersing graphene-based three-dimensional nanoparticles in ethanol, heating mixture, adding 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, reacting and drying mixture. A composite organic separation membrane is prepared by polymer ultrafiltration membrane as base, dispersing graphene-based three-dimensional nanoparticles in aqueous phase solution of polyamine or oil phase solution of polyacid chloride, soaking base film in aqueous solution, soaking acid chloride in oil phase solution, curing, rinsing and drying mixture. USE - Preparation of aminated graphene-based three-dimensional nanoparticles-modified organic separation membrane used for softening and desalting seawater and brackish water, treating drinking water, sewage treatment (all claimed), biological environment, medicine and food. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of aminated graphene-based three-dimensional nanoparticles-modified organic separation membrane with high hydrophilicity, permeability and retention characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene-based three-dimensional nanoparticles are prepared by adding 2-50 mg graphene oxide powder to 1 L mixed solution of anhydrous ethanol and pure water with concentration of 60-95 wt.%, adjusting pH of mixed solution to 8-9 to obtain alkaline solution, adding 0.5-5 mg ethyl orthosilicate to 1 L alkaline solution, ultrasonically processing, storing at room temperature, centrifuging, washing with ethanol, filtering mixture to form filter cake, vacuum freeze-drying mixture for 24 hours and storing nanoparticles. The ammonia graphene-based three-dimensional nanoparticles are prepared by dispersing graphene-based three-dimensional nanoparticles in ethanol in mass ratio of 1:30-100, heating mixture at 70-80 degrees C, adding 1 wt.% 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, reflux reacting and centrifuging mixture, washing mixture with ethanol and oven drying mixture. A composite organic separation membrane is prepared by polymer ultrafiltration membrane as base, dispersing graphene-based three-dimensional nanoparticles in aqueous phase solution of polyamine or oil phase solution of polyacid chloride, soaking base film in aqueous solution for 0.3-2 minutes, removing excess moisture from base, soaking acid chloride in oil phase solution for 0.5-2 minutes, curing at 45-65 degrees C for 5-30 minutes, rinsing with deionized water and drying mixture in air.
