NOVELTY - A graphene conducting film comprises graphene oxide attached on a substrate, and is produced by coating graphene oxide aqueous solution having concentration of 0.1-5 mg/ml on the substrate with thickness of 10-100 mu m, drying, repeating coating and drying processes, placing substrate in vacuum chamber, cooling, laser scanning, and rolling. USE - Graphene conducting film for electrochemical capacitor (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for electrochemical capacitor, which has an electrolyte containing phosphoric acid and polyvinyl alcohol and arranged between the electrodes consisting of graphene conductive film.
