▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Transferring graphene involves subjecting flexible substrate to a surface treatment with a plasma. The surface of the flexible substrate is covered with a self-organized surface. The reaction forms an interfacial layer. The graphene grown on the metal substrate is combined with the interfacial layer on the flexible substrate, and reacted at a specific temperature and pressure to form a stable combination of graphene and a flexible substrate and the metal substrate is peeled off. USE - Method for transferring graphene for large area and low damage on flexible material based on interfacial layer thermocompression separation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to transfer graphene in a time saving manner. The process is effective for large area high quality graphene transfer.
