NOVELTY - Anti-laser ablation coating comprises a heat insulating layer, a transition layer and a reflecting layer. The heat insulating layer is located on the surface of the base material. The transition layer is located on the heat insulating layer. The reflecting layer is located on the transition layer. The heat insulating layer material is pure molybdenum and zirconium oxide. The transition layer material is gradually reduces zirconium oxide and increases pure aluminum. The reflecting layer material is pure aluminum and graphene. USE - The anti-laser ablation coating is useful for substrate surface. ADVANTAGE - The anti-laser ablation coating has high coating bonding strength, low porosity, good heat insulation performance, reflectivity, and can resist high power density laser ablation. The method has simple and convenient operation, stable process, controllable process, and has good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-laser ablation coating for substrate surface comprising (i) removing oil and sand on the surface of the base material, (ii) spraying molybdenum layer on the surface of the base material by supersonic plasma, (iii) spraying the zirconium oxide layer on the molybdenum layer by supersonic plasma, (iv) spraying the zirconium oxide aluminum on the zirconium oxide layer by supersonic plasma spraying coupling, and (v) cold spraying aluminum graphene on the zirconium aluminum oxide layer.
