NOVELTY - Preparation of phosphorus-doped graphene involves ultrasonically stripping graphene oxide in a solvent, obtaining graphene oxide solution, mixing graphene solution and a phosphorus-containing organic material, dispersing uniformly, obtaining a liquid mixture, drying the liquid mixture, obtaining a solid mixture, heat treating at 500-1000 degrees C for 30 seconds to 10 minutes under inert gas protection atmosphere, and cooling to room temperature. USE - Preparation of phosphorus-doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides phosphorus-doped graphene by economical process in a short reaction time.
