NOVELTY - Preparation of Paracoccus denitrificans-loaded modified graphene oxide composite involves dispersing methyl acrylated graphene oxide in dimethyl formamide under inert gas protection, then adding methacrylic acid, butyl methacrylate and azobisisobutyronitrile, radical-polymerizing, then dripping diethyl ether, filtering, drying and obtaining modified graphene oxide, adding Paracoccus denitrificans culture in liquid medium containing 1000 mg/L glucose, mixing amidated modified graphene oxide and Paracoccus denitrificans, and heating. USE - Preparation of Paracoccus denitrificans-loaded modified graphene oxide composite used in dimethylformamide wastewater application (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is carried out efficiently and economically by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of Paracoccus denitrificans-loaded modified graphene oxide composite involves mixing 1 g graphite and 20-25 mL concentrated sulfuric acid under ice-cooling condition, stirring, then adding graphite and potassium permanganate in mass ratio of 1:5-8, reacting at 35-40 degrees C for 15-20 hours, adding ice-water containing hydrogen peroxide to solution, centrifuging, washing, drying and obtaining graphene oxide, mixing graphene oxide and methacryloyl chloride in mass ratio of 1:0.5-1.5 under inert gas protection and ice-cooling condition, dispersing product in mixture of methacryloyl chloride and triethylamine in molar ratio of 1:1, then dripping methacryloyl chloride dissolved in dimethylacetamide, reacting for 20-24 hours, washing, drying and obtaining methyl acrylated graphene oxide, dispersing methyl acrylated graphene oxide in dimethyl formamide in mass ratio of 1:0.5-2.5 under inert gas protection, then adding methacrylic acid, butyl methacrylate and azobisisobutyronitrile in molar ratio of 50:50-100:1-2, radical-polymerizing at 60-70 degrees C for 8-10 hours, then dripping diethyl ether, filtering, drying and obtaining modified graphene oxide, adding Paracoccus denitrificans culture in liquid medium containing 1000 mg/L glucose, mixing amidated modified graphene oxide and Paracoccus denitrificans in mass ratio of 1:1-3, and heating at 30 degrees C for 20-24 hours.
