The raw material of the foam hole foaming mother sheet comprises polymer, foaming auxiliary agent, lubricant, nucleating agent, crosslinking agent, and foaming agent. The small foam hole foaming mother sheet comprises polymer, foaming auxiliary agent, lubricant, nucleating agent, crosslinking agent, and foaming agent. USE - The method is used for preparing foaming material with gradient hole structure. ADVANTAGE - The foaming agent absorbs and releases heat differently during the foaming process, can change the melt strength and viscosity of the corresponding material to make the resistance applied to the bubble growth process different, has high production efficiency, and is suitable for industrial large-scale production.
