NOVELTY - The pressure measuring cell (1) has a pressure transmitter (3) and a pressure sensor (2) that is connected to the pressure transmitter. The pressure sensor has a membrane (4) for recording a pressure. An interior space (6) adjoins the membrane that is formed inside the pressure sensor. A pressure transmitter medium (9) is located within the interior. The pressure measuring cell has a gas-tight coating (12) which cover the entire surface of the membrane. The coating has a sealing layer formed by graphene oxide. The membrane consists of a metal. USE - Pressure measuring cell used in pressure measuring device. ADVANTAGE - The pressure measuring cell maintains the measuring accuracy. The material consumption of the coating is extremely low and gases are prevented from penetrating through the membrane into the interior space.
