NOVELTY - Method for manufacturing flexible substrate involves coating carbon ink on substrate and forming deposition layer, coating graphene compound on the deposition layer and forming graphene compound layer, and coating solution on the graphene compound layer and forming thin film layer. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing flexible substrate useful in flexible thin film transistor array apparatus or flexible display, where the substrate is chosen from glass, silicon wafer, stainless steel and sapphire (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared substrate has excellent flexibility and elasticity. The substrate enables separation of thin film from it easily.
