▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Producing (M1) polyurethane foam, comprises dispersing turbostratic graphene in a polymerization solution, where the polymerization solution comprises first component for polymerization into polymer, and adding second component for polymerizing with the first component to chemically convert the polymerization solution into a polyurethane foam. USE - The method is useful for producing polyurethane foam. The polyurethane foam is useful: in automotive seat, bedding, furniture, flooring, road fill and building construction; and as urethane coating, adhesive, sealant, epoxy and elastomer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane foam has physical property, density for automotive of greater than or equal to 42 kg/m3 and density for automotive seat cushions and backs range of 20-95 kg/m3, compressive strength, compressed thickness, thermal conductivity, sound absorption property and sound absorption quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) turbostratic graphene polyurethane foam produced by above mentioned method; (2) polyurethane foam (F1) comprising turbostratic graphene, and polymer formed from the polymerization of polyol with isocyanate; (3) kit for producing polyurethane foam comprising turbostratic graphene and polymerization solution for conversion into polyurethane foam, where the polymerization solution comprises first component for polymerization into polymer; (4) turbostratic graphene polyurethane foam produced by the kit; (5) turbostratic graphene dispersion comprising turbostratic graphene, and solvent for dispersing the turbostratic graphene; (6) polyurethane foam (F2) comprising graphene, and polymer formed from the polymerization of polyol with isocyanate, where the polyol is produced from oil; and (7) producing (M2) polyurethane foam, comprising dispersing graphene in oil, chemically converting the oil into polyol, and adding isocyanate to chemically convert the polyol into a polyurethane foam.
