NOVELTY - The device has a hole transmission layer provided with a light emitting layer and a transmission layer. An injection layer is fixed with a cathode layer. A hole injection layer is made of poly-oxygen ethylene and polystyrene sulfonate, where thickness of the hole injection layer ranges from 20 to 200 nm. A surface of the hole injection layer is coated with calcium oxide, calcium oxide graphene and poly-oxygen ethylene thiophene. USE - Organic electroluminescent device. ADVANTAGE - The device has high luminous efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The light emitting layer is made of di-nitrile methyl butyl 4H-pyran, di-methylene naphthalene base anthracene, bis ethyl carbazole vinyl, biphenyl and 8-hydroxy-quinoline aluminum. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an organic electroluminescent device manufacturing method.
