NOVELTY - A graphene oxide modified polymer cement waterproof paint preparation method involves preparing a graphite oxide solution by adding sulfuric acid, sodium nitrate and graphite powder, followed by ultrasonic dispersing. Acrylic ester polymer emulsion is prepared by taking lauryl sodium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate and de-ionized water, followed by discharging. The graphene oxide modified polymer cement waterproof paint is obtained by taking calcite powder, noctanol, antiseptic agent, water reducer, graphite oxide solution and acrylic ester polymer emulsion, followed by obtaining the paint. USE - Method for preparing a graphene oxide modified polymer cement waterproof paint. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphene oxide modified polymer cement waterproof paint with improved mechanical property, improved water resistance and better impermeability in simple and efficient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide modified polymer cement waterproof paint preparation method involves preparing a graphite oxide solution by adding 50 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid, 5 pts. wt. sodium nitrate and 5 pts. wt. graphite powder into a reactor, stirring, controlling the temperature, adding 18 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, raising the temperature to 35 degrees C, reacting for 9 hours, raising the temperature to 80 degrees C, reacting for 1 hour, adding 600 pts. wt. de-ionized water, adding hydrogen peroxide, filtering, washing and performing ultrasonic dispersing for 2 hours to obtain the graphene oxide solution. Acrylic ester polymer emulsion is prepared by taking 3.2 pts. wt. lauryl sodium sulfate, 4.0 pts. wt. AEO-9, 1 pts. wt. lauryl mercaptan, 0.8 pts. wt. sodium bicarbonate and 100 pts. wt. de-ionized water into a reaction kettle, stirring, raising the temperature to 83 degrees C, dripping 200 pts. wt. de-ionized water and 2.4 pts. wt. ammonium sulfate initiator, stirring for 2 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering and discharging to obtain the acrylic ester polymer emulsion. The graphene oxide modified polymer cement waterproof paint is obtained by taking 106-352 pts. wt. calcite powder or talcum powder, 1-3 pts. wt. amino silicon oil or noctanol, 1-3 pts. wt. antiseptic agent, 1-3 pts. wt. water reducer, 6-20 pts. wt. graphite oxide solution and 100-332 pts. wt. acrylic ester polymer emulsion, adding 106-352 pts. wt. cement, stirring for 5-10 minutes and standing for 5-10 minutes to obtain the graphene oxide modified polymer cement waterproof paint, where the ammonium sulfate initiator comprises 160 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 135 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate and 14 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methacrylate.
