▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene masterbatch for building anti-aging coating, involves (a) grinding graphene and iron powder in a mass ratio of 10:1, so that the graphene has magnetism, (b) rapidly heating and softening the surface metal iron thin layer of step (a) by using laser, bonding nano silicon dioxide powder by a airflow input layer, cooling and solidifying to obtain a modified graphene with nano silicon dioxide embedded on the surface, (c) coating modified graphene with polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion to obtain coated graphene, and (d) coating graphene with resin and pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate), extruding, granulating by using an extruder, applying a high-frequency alternating magnetic field, grinding the obtained granules and refining to obtain the high-dispersion graphene master batch. USE - The method is useful for preparing the graphene masterbatch for building anti-aging coatings (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the graphene dispersibility.
