NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nano-roll, comprises (a) preparing graphite oxide mixed solution containing graphite oxide, hydrogen ions and sulfate ions by the modified Hummers method, ultrasonically treating the prepared graphite oxide mixed solution, and adding alkaline solution into the mixed solution to adjust pH of the solution to 5-8; (b) adding an organic alcohol solution into the solution and separating by filtration to obtain a graphene oxide mixed material; (c) placing the graphene oxide mixed material at a temperature of 130-200degrees Celsius, and keeping for 2-4 hours; (d) adding graphene oxide mixed material into deionized water while the heat preservation is finished and stirring; (e) repeatedly washing solid product with deionized water, and placing in a drying oven for drying; and (f) placing the product in a tube furnace, and heating to 300-800degrees Celsius in a protective atmosphere, and incubating for 1-4 hours after the tube furnace is cooled to room temperature, and collecting the product. USE - Preparation method of graphene nano-roll used in electronic device, catalysis, adsorption, biosensor, environment-friendly, composite material and energy storage. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, short preparation period, low cost, no pollution and high quality of graphene nano-coil preparation, convenient for large-scale preparation, popularization and application, and avoids the agglomeration and stacking problem of graphene oxide. The method fully uses sulfate in the graphene oxide mixed material in the water fast dissolving and removing process the surface stress generated by the graphite oxide, inducing and driving the two-dimensional graphene oxide is curled, realizing self-winding of graphene.
