NOVELTY - Seamless down clothes fabric, comprises an inner fabric and an outer fabric. The inner layer fabric and surface layer fabric are separated by adhesive net to separate many unit grids. The unit grid is a regular hexagon structure. The inner part of the unit grid is provided with a modified antibacterial coating. The inner side surface of the inner layer fabric and the surface layer fabric is coated with an elastic expansion layer. The elastic expansion layer comprises a porous heat expansion layer, and an elastic coating distributed between the inner layer fabric and the outer layer fabric gap and the thermal expansion layer hole. USE - Used as seamless down clothes fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method: avoid the loss of nano zirconium phosphate silver-loaded antibacterial agent and antibacterial peptide extract in the modified antibacterial coating; and the obtained product has excellent resilience, flexibility and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the seamless down clothes fabric comprising (1) coating thermal expansion layers on the inner side surfaces of the inner layer fabric and outer layer fabric, drying for 10-15 minutes at 60-90℃ to enable the thermal expansion layers to be in a semi-solidified state, stretching the peripheries of the inner layer fabric and outer layer fabric until the surface tension is 60-70N, enabling the thermal expansion layers to generate pores, repeatedly tensioning and loosening for many times, and drying for 5-8 minutes at 200-240℃ while tensioning and loosening to respectively obtain an inner layer composite expansion fabric and an outer layer composite expansion fabric, (2) stretching the inner-layer composite expansion fabric and outer-layer composite expansion fabric to the periphery until the surface tension is 30-40N, continuously coating an elastic coating on the surface of one side of the inner-layer composite expansion fabric and outer-layer composite expansion fabric with the thermal expansion layer to enable the elastic coating to be filled in cracks of the thermal expansion layer, drying for 5-10 minutes at 60-90℃ after coating the elastic coating, and then stopping stretching to respectively obtain the inner-layer elastic expansion fabric and the outer-layer elastic expansion fabric, (3) intermittently hot-pressing the inner-layer elastic expansion fabric for 10-20 minutes at the temperature of 180-230℃ and the pressure of 60-70 µPa, and thermally adhering an adhesive net to the inner side surface of the inner-layer elastic expansion fabric to form a multiple of cells on the inner surface of the inner-layer elastic expansion fabric, (4) coating the modified antibacterial coating on the inner surface of the inner-layer elastic expansion fabric until the modified antibacterial coating is in a fulfilling state in the cell, and drying at 80-90℃ for 2-5 minutes to enable the modified antibacterial coating to be in a semi-solidification state to obtain a composite inner-layer fabric, and (5) obtaining the seamless down jacket fabric by continuously pressurizing the composite inner layer fabric and outer layer elastic expansion fabric for 20-25 minutes at the temperature of 100-200℃ and the pressure of 80-90 µPa.
