▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene toughened resin-based carbon fiber composite material comprises ultrasonically dispersing the graphene and the low-viscosity reactive dispersant to prepare a graphene dispersion, mixing the dispersion with the resin, formulating into a certain concentration of toughening resin, using the preparation process of carbon fiber prepreg, continuous dipping, drying to prepare graphene toughening carbon fiber prepreg, paving, pressing and curing. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene toughened resin-based carbon fiber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good toughness, good dispersibility, low viscosity and crosslinkable reaction property.
