▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high heat graphene heating film comprises (i) ultrasonically dispersing the carbon nanotube solution and the graphene oxide solution to obtain dispersion uniform, mixing, preparing mixed aqueous solution, taking the solution, and drying naturally to obtain graphene oxide carbon nanotube composite film, (ii) uniformly spraying the deionized water on the surface of the film obtained in the step (i) to swell the surface, and bonding the multiple of composite films together in the thickness direction, (iii) placing the film obtained in the step (ii) in an oven for drying, and (iv) subjecting the film obtained in the step (iii) to high-temperature thermal reduction under the protection of an inert or reducing atmosphere to obtain high-heat graphene heating film. USE - The method is useful for preparing high heat graphene heating film. ADVANTAGE - The film has thickness of 1-20 mu m.
