NOVELTY - The device has a grounding plate (3) located on a flexible substrate (1). A side of the flexible substrate is fixed with a graphene plate (2) to form a two-dimensional curve shaped structure. The graphene plate is formed with a square-shaped structure, where an electromagnetic wave incident phase adjustment operation is performed by controlling Fermi level. An incident wave vector x-component and an incident wave vector y-component are reflect incident wave, where bending characteristics of a two-dimensional plane is obtained. USE - Two-dimensional quasi-cylindrical graphene ultrasonic-surface electromagnetic wave phase modulation device. ADVANTAGE - The device improves ultrasonic-surface electromagnetic wave phase modulation flexibility and electromagnetic wave phase modulation convenience and realizing reflecting surface antenna beam and angular orientation echo scattering surface scanning process.
